I accidently took one more Suboxone film than I am supposed to, I normally do two daily but I forgot I took one and took another. Will I be ok? Scared

Yes, you'll be OK: Depends on your dose. Even if you are on 8 mg films, the worse that can happen is you feel more withdrawal symptoms from the added naloxone. These generally go away in a day. Because Suboxone stays around for 24 hours, you may want to ask your provider if a lower dose the next day is advisable. Do not take benzos to treat any anxiety, and call your prescribing doctor if your symptoms get worse. ...Read more

No.: Suboxone film is designed for sublingual use. It should not be used any other way. If it makes you sick there is something wrong. You may need your dosage changed. Take a deep breath : May need a higher dose, but that is usually done if one had withdrawal symptoms on their current dose and not just for craving. Try to identify any triggers and work with your doctor to deal with them. Cravings are usually short lived and can be worked through with proper behavioral tools. ...Read more

How long does it take to detox from suboxone? I was prescribed the film and not sure how many mg i was taking.

How long should I leave the Suboxone film under my tongue?

Suboxone: how to?: Suboxone (buprenorphine and naloxone), an opiate replacement, should be taken exactly as prescribed by your doc. Plugging Suboxone: Hello. How often do you see your suboxone provider for scripts OR are you obtaining this another route? Sounds like you are in withdrawal since you are asking about plugging.
