Severity v frequency: The initial infection and recurrent outbreaks of genital herpes are not significantly different between HSV 1 and HSV2. The main difference is that recurrent genital HSV1 outbreaks usually are much less frequent (typically only once a year, often no recurrences at all) than HSV2 (usually 3-8 times a year). For either virus, most recurrent outbreaks are mild. ...Read more
Discharge and others: Many infected women notice nothing at all, especially for chlamydia. Epididymitis?: Probably under 1% of urethral gonorrhea or chlamydia leads to epididymitis, which generally causes severe pain and swelling in a single testicle, usually a few weeks after catching the infection. Can htlv have the same symptoms as hiv? Cannot get a diagnoses. Terrible symptoms for 4 months following oral sex. also confirmed hhv6 infection.
HTLV is unlikely: As in my previous reply, HTLV is not known to be transmitted by oral sex. You don't say your symptoms, but apparently you think they are similar to ARS (acute HIV infection). If so, probably your symptoms are not due to any infection at all from that exposure. If related to that event, I would think about an anxiety reaction, not an infection. Almost certainly not HTLV. ...Read more

These early HIV symptoms often disappear after another month and can be mistaken for those of other viral infections. Early infected persons can be very infectious.
