No.: Flaxseed is sometimes tried for cancer because it is broken down by the body into chemicals called “lignans.” lignans are similar to the female hormone estrogen - so similar, in fact, that they compete with estrogen for a part in certain chemical reactions. As a result, natural Estrogens seem to become less powerful in the body. Aromatase is not estrogen. ...Read more

Assuming my growt plates have not closed, would an aromatase inhibitor (letrozole) combined with 200mg/ml/month of testosterone make me grow taller?

Possibly: Although height in males is influenced by both testosterone and growth hormone, growth hormone would provide greater height gain. However, the growth plates are likely closed, or nearly closed in a 19 year old. ...Read more

I have been fortunate to have reasonable success with FTM and MTF. ...Read more

Help please? What if estrogen and testosterone are high?

Nothing unless . . .: How do you know your estrogen & testosterone are high? Don't focus on numbers & levels. Instead, focus on how you feel & function. How healthy are you? If you're healthy, then no need to worry. If you're suffering from excess E & T, then talk to your doc who can order some tests to determine why you might be off kilter. Aside from that, exercise & nutrition are your friend. Focus on that instead. ...Read more
