How extensive?: Unless you have been exposed to a huge amount ( such as in an industrial setting ) for a long time , one should have mostly a transient respiratory or nasal response. It is also unusual to get chills and nausea from exposure to household bleach. I suspect you have something else going on (viral infection?). Can you tell us more about the exposure?
