Like a splinter: The trick is to get a pair of fine tweezers, good lighting and glasses (if you need them). Take a sharp needle and fine tweezers and clean them, also soak in rubbing alcohol. Dry and place on clean towel, wash the skin area and swab over with rubbing alcohol. Pick the skin over the hair with the needle until the skin is broken then use the tweezers to grab hold of the hair and pull out. ...Read more

Quit Brazilians: The hair treatment is not good for you and contrary to what you think, it is unhygienic. You are not only wasting your money, you are hurting your health.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.
