Folliculitis?: sorry to hear about the breakouts. You may have acne on your neck, or you may have a folliculitis, (infection of the hair follicles) that requires some antibiotics. You should see your family doctor to confirm the diagnosis, and see if you need treatment or to see a dermatologist.
