Ingrown Hair On Neck From Shaving
I believe I had an ingrown hair but the bump, on my neck, is a bit larger now and has gotten really firm. What should I do?
What's the best way to remove an ingrown hair on my neck? Crusty skin keeps growing on top of it, and picking away at it is just making it worse.
