I've had what I thought was ingrown hair on leg, red around it size of quarter, a little warm and swollen, had since yesterday. Should I go to doctor?

Abscess?: It sounds like you have an abscess that may require drainage, and maybe an antibiotic if quite large, surrounding redness, or fever.
