Prostate cancer actually happens to be one of the few cancers that we have a well defined causative timeline. Almost all cases are due to hormonal (testosterone) inducement. With the biases and confounding variables, it's hard to do real science and this is why results are so variable. I do not believe that frequency of ejaculation impacts prostate cancer risk.
