Usually not: But if it dose , then your problem is not non-allergic rhinitis. Nasal antihistamine (azelastine etc) may be helpful. I suspect that you do have an allergic rhinitis given the presence of asthma. Perhaps you need another consultation especially if the non-allergic rhinitis was made based on blood test alone. ...Read more

No: Cold fluid would not feel better if you use it for nasal irrigation to alleviate postnasal drip. Choice between cold and hot is based not on any scientific ideas, but rather on the level of comfort one or the other brings.
