Usually not: But if it dose , then your problem is not non-allergic rhinitis. Nasal antihistamine (azelastine etc) may be helpful. I suspect that you do have an allergic rhinitis given the presence of asthma. Throat tight,laying down is awful. Normal swallowing hard, no gerd. Eating is fine. Cat Scan show nothing. ENT scope showed minor inflammation. Ideas?
