Does inflammation in Epididymis can cause pus cells in semen? I have Pus cells in semen 10-15hpf. Had tests, no HIV no STDs only UTI. On cipro??

Possibly

Epididymis
Epididymitis, seminal vesiculitis and prostatitis often occur together. They are all part of the same production, transport and storage system and often are infected simultaneously. The treatment is the same (antibiotics) regardless of the specific structure involved.

Is testicle inflammation from over masturbation dangerous?

Not related

Testicles
Unless you're hurting your testicles during masturbation, which some men do, there is no relationship between the two.

Must have asked an unclear question. 'Can epididymis be felt on one testicle but not on the other one?' Epididymis. Not Epididymitis.

Possible

Epididymis
Palpating the epididymis may be more pronounced on one side compared to the other. Palpating the epididymis in general may be difficult. If you have had inflammation/infection of one, it may get more pronounced and then more easily palpable at future visits, etc. If any concern for masses, etc, and Ultrasound of the testes/scrotum would assess the anatomy in question. Best wishes to you.

You are correct in understanding that the epididymis is an appendage of the testicle. However, they are connected, and Infections of the epididymis (epididymitis) can lead to infection or at least inflammation of the testicle (orchitis). This inflammatory response causes pain, fullness, swelling, and warmth in the scrotum. He needs evaluation to make sure he is getting appropriately treated.

I can feel my right Epididymis but cant feel the left one. My right Epididymis sometimes tenders and swells. Is it inflamed? Epididymitis? Treatment?

Infection

It sounds like you may have epididymitis. This is an infection or inflammation in the epididymus (the part of the testicle that holds sperm). This is basically the male version of a UTI, which is much less common in men than women. This is definitely worth a visit to the doc for proper treatment.

Does your testicular vein inflamed when urinating if you are having varicoceles? Could it be urine reflux into vas-defrens?Pain and inflammation. help

Could be from reflux

Genital_pain
Testicular veins do not get inflamed as result of varicoceles. However pain & inflamation of epididymis, causing swollen tender scrotum cab be caused by reflux of urine into ejaculatory ducts & from there into vas deferens. Epididymitis requires antibiotics, non-steroidal antiflamatory meds like ibuprofen or acetominophen & rest. An ice pack may help, & a urologist certainly can. Good Luck

Epididymis
could be infection or inflammation (called epididymitis of course) could be a blockage of the seminal duct but also let doc be sure it isn't testicular cancer
