Must have asked an unclear question. 'can epididymis be felt on one testicle but not on the other one?' epididymis. Not epididymitis.

Possible: Palpating the epididymis may be more pronounced on one side compared to the other. Palpating the epididymis in general may be difficult. If you have had inflammation/infection of one, it may get more pronounced and then more easily palpable at future visits, etc. If any concern for masses, etc, and ultrasound of the testes/scrotum would assess the anatomy in question.
