Despite reporting orchitis on US, I would leave it alone after completing 1-2 courses of antibiotics for bacterial or STD infection, as long as you're reasonably comfortable. Abdominal pain: Quite a few things can cause it. One is hernia that dropped into the scrotum. It may be trapped and needs to be looked at asap. You may have an inflammation of one of your testicles that can send referred pain into your abdomen. This needs to be evaluated promptly as well. Yes: Yes it can. It will usually worsen the first 2 days after the trauma, then start to improve. Scrotal support, ice and NSAID's such as ibuprofen can help. If it gets worse, see your doctor.
