Hard to say: Given the limitted info you gave, it is hard to tell what exactly it is. Could be from recent mild infection, early colitis, lymphocytic/spastic colitis, or it may not be much at all.... Pleuritis/chondritis: Sounds like pleurisy which is an inflammation on the lining of your lungs. Actually quite common and caused by various infections or inflammation triggers. Typically antiinflammatories (aspirin, naproxen, etc) that are over the counter are helpful. In some people it can be more serious so if it is persistent or not helped by over the counter pain relievers, seek help. ...Read more
