For months I've had skin redness and inflammation behind my ears, where my skin is very fine and delicate clear liquid comes out that becomes a crust?

I have frequent ear irritation/inflammation related to moisture. I appear to get water behind my eardrum. Do I have a hole and can it be easily fixed ?
Ear Irritation: Greetings, has a doctor told you that you have fluid behind your eardrum? It may feel like water is behind but it could be pressure changes you are sensing. Will a mouth guard help with ear inflammation? Constant right side ear ache behind ear lobe. Dentist said not grinding teeth, maybe clenching jaw.
Node or osteoma: A hard bump could be a lymph node but these usually are mobile. Sometimes the bone behind the ear (mastoid) is not smooth so may feel bumpy. If it sits right behind the ear lobe it could either be a part of the second cervical vertebra or a parotid salivary tumor which can be firm and slow growing.
