Both: augmentin helps kill the common bacteria in cat bites ;pasteurella, cleaning the wound daily with soap/water and soaking is often good for a few minutes in epsom salt, it helps kill the bacteria[theres too much salt in the dead sea so no life except rare microbes, makes sense right? ] ...Read more

Bleeding: Staph infection in finger is probably separate unless there is some underlying immune deficiency. The blood in eye may be subconjuctival hemorrhage and bottom hemorrhoids. If this persists or recurs obtain lab work at your doctor's office. ...Read more

I&D: Keep wound covered with bandaid or other bandage.
Keep wound clean.
Follow-up with PCP to make sure wound is healed.
