If you aren't bleeding, then i'd wonder if you recently had a procedure that could have caused scarring of the cervical canal, preventing the blood/fluid from draining? Sometimes, ovulation isn't successful, and we get a persistent cyst that can be painful and leak fluid outside the uterus (they would have seen that on ultrasound). ...Read more
