Top right gum is swollen & painful. It's near the wisdom teeth & right above one tooth which had root canal procedure. Is it infection or gum disease?
Could be either: A localized infection in that area of gums is difficult to diagnose without and exam and an X-ray . It is possible that the tooth with the RCT is failing and you have an infection associated with that tooth.
