Not real likely: Diarrhea is a known side effect but unlikely to develop new after 2 yr. If it doesn't stop shortly taper it off and try it again after it stops first check with your doctor he may know other reasons or may test it. ...Read more

Probably not all: Probably not all of those symptoms are related to an umbilical hernia. Most umbilical hernias are small and do not cause that much discomfort, naseua, fatigue, weight loss, etc. If it is really large, it can start having some of those symptoms.
