Definitely: You can take some over the counter gas-x, simethicone, this might help. If you're having heartburn symptoms from this, Zantac (ranitidine) or Pepcid might help as well. Walking may help as well. Very common for pregnant gals to feel indigestion, especially as pregnancy goes on.
