What can cause swelling in pubic bone area and testicles moving up towards pubic bone area with blood in urine as well?

We call swelling: in this area suprapubic swelling. When the testicles seem like they are moving up this is called a retractile testicle. It is due to contraction of cremaster muscle. Hernias can cause suprapubic swelling, as can enlarged lymph nodes, and perhaps this swelling is impacting the spermatic cord which is connected to the testicles. Blood in urine can be from bladder/kidneys/prostate. Need doctor eval. ...Read more

Could blood in urine be a result from period that ended a week before urine was tested I have SLE increased swelling in legs rashes legs and face ?

My wife just discovered blood in her urine that's all that i know at this time. She said that she has pain in her abdominal area too she has blood in urine too.

You : You know, just this second my sister-in-law called me to say she has blood in her urine and abdominal pain! are you my brother-in-law? :) the two most common causes of blood in the urine are a kidney stone and a urinary tract infection. There are other causes, like bladder tumors and such, but if this is sudden and her pain seems to radiate from her back or lower abdomen to her groin, she may have a stone. If you have a urologist, call him/her. Otherwise, i would call her primary physician. If she has a stone, her pain may blossom over the night, and you may have to bring her to the er, just to manage the pain. Meanwhile, she should stay hydrated as much as possible. I've added the tag "urology" as this question is best answered by a urologist. Good luck! ...Read more
