Increased Stomach Rumbling Noises
Diarrhea for the past two days, excessive rumbling nosies in stomach and flatulence. Goes away after passing diarrhea. No pain or discomfort. Normal?
Last two days I have had green partly liquid stool and have had an increased amount of sticky substance released from the vaginal area along with gas and increased amount of stomach rumbling?
I have increased thick white vaginal discharge, vaginal itching, abdominal pain, and my stomach keeps rumbling. What could this be?

Brief or continuous?: If rumblings are brief, it could be gas. Since we don't digest the fiber we eat, intestinal bacteria will feed on it and make gas as a byproduct. Another reason could be lactose intolerance, in which one can't digest the lactose (milk sugar) he eats. Again, bacteria will feed on it. My stomach is always making rumbling noises, whether or not I have just eaten. I never have much gas though. Noises are very loud. What is this?
4 months post gallnbladder removal, been vey nausated and stomach makes loud rumbling noise, take prisolec and Nexium not helping any suggestions?

Can IBS cause loud stomach noises/gurgling and rumbling? Had CDiff but been over a year since last had it. Haven't had recent abx or exposed to cdiff.
It can.: IBS in and of itself can cause loud stomach noises, due to spasms of the intestines. It is possible to have recurrent C. diff, but unless you develop recurrent diarrhea, It is unlikely to be the cause of the sounds. I would not be concerned unless you develop other symptoms.
