Unsure of Q: I'm not aware of a condition called cervicothoracic hyper mobility ! please enlighten me... Sounds like you may have " loose joints" or generalized ligamentous laxity.A scapulothoracic strengthening program may be indicated but i would see an ors first for exam. Good luck! ...Read more

Muscle building: Muscles are meant to be used. If u do not use them they get weak. The more u use the better tone they have. It is not hard to get into shape. SURE If u have the will u will be able to do it. Just get into regular exercise routine with low weights. If u just want to tone up u should do more reps with low weights.
