Increase Testosterone Level
Exercise & lose fat: First, let's clear a common misconception that's used to separate you from your money. There is no dietary supplement that will naturally & safely increase testosterone. In other words, there are no testosterone boosters, at least not in the States. Maybe in India but not here. Instead, get rid of fat that converts T into female hormone. One dr says biotin causes low testosterone. Other doctor says it increase testosterone level. I am already deficient in testosterone. Confused.
Something's fishy: Hi. Wait. Something's fishy here. You treat hormone deficiency with hormone replacement, not vitamins. Allow me to un-confuse you. Testosterone deficiency is treated with testosterone (insulin deficiency with insulin, thyroid deficiency with thyroid hormone, etc, etc). What you take for vitamins is your own business, but hormone deficiency is treated with hormone replacement. ...Read more

No: So testosterone (t) is converted into dihydrotestosterone (dht) which is can cause hair loss. Therefore, higher t might lead to higher dht. But those w/normal t can have relatively higher dht, too. Don't forget that genetics has a big factor in hair loss (think male pattern baldness) so look at your dad, his brothers (your uncles), your dad's dad, etc, & your brothers. Medications can lower dht. ...Read more

Testosterone: Never heard of environmental influences for testosterone levels. Most men have a slightly higher level in the early AM hours. Not really: If you have normal male characteristics, and your testosterone is normal, there is no need to increase it further. "more" is not always "better". Hair loss occurs in part from the testosterone (which is why men have it more than women). Exercise will improve your overall health; maybe reduce stress (which may help your hair), and is overall good for you. ...Read more
