No and No: Simultaneous orgasm has nothing to do with the chances of conception though it can be emotionally satisfying for those with the skill to do this! there is no evidence that position makes any difference at all though it is recommended that women lie down (perhaps with hips on a small pillow) for 10-15 minutes after intercourse. Chlomid helps those ovulate but does it also help increase the chances of conception for those who to ovulate reguarly by producing more eggs?

Yes: Clomid (clomiphene) is used to induce ovulation or improve the quality of ovulation. Bromocriptine is used to reduce prolactin levels which when elevated can interfere with ovulation and lower Progesterone levels.
