It's hard to tell.: If u know your baseline weight, then u can approximate. Personally when i eat 2 full plates of food, i gain 2-3 lbs (or more if it's yummy filipino food). For constipation, drink lots of water with prune juice, try otc milk of magnesia, (magnesium hydroxide) colace, senokot/ senna, magnesium citrate etc. See a GI dr for any worsening symptom to check for intestinal pathology such as polyp.
