I had surgery to remove an ovary/cyst last week and the incision sites itch really bad! is there anything i can do to relieve the itching?
Ask your surgeon...: I would hate to advise you to use a otc steroid cream and have your surgeon be against that. While it may reduce the itching, it can also delay the healing. I had a c-section 3 months ago. My incision has healed, but the scar itches like crazy every once in a while. What is the best thing to put on it?

Had Ir port placement on 12/15/17 with no complications. At this time, a pea sized lump has formed at the incision site on my neck. What is it?
Catheter: That "lump" may be the catheter under the skin. It is tunneled from the port on your chest wall up to the vein in your neck, where it enters the bloodstream.
