Am now on 30ml methadone for fibromyalgia, I have long qt, my doc wants to put me on subutex but it's not good for pain though. What to do?
Subutex does help: Pain. Not as good as Methadone but for fibromyalgia? You need a dimensional approach. Sleeping at night or grinding teeth during sleep? If so, low dose med for sleep can be huge for pain.
