Been having what I thought was blood in my urine so I took a dip stick test at DR's. Came back with small amount of bilirubin in it. Doctor told me my test results are normal. I feel tired a lot. Should I not be concerned? I have history of Lupus.
Bilirubin in urine: Not knowing your entire clinical situation, I can offer that bilirubin in the urine might suggest an issue with the liver and/or surrounding structures. Some relevant blood testing and an ultrasound of the upper abdomen would be a helpful starting point to figure this out. ...Read more

Crp 0.4 but hs-crp showing 8.5 in the same week. Any explanation? Can spondylitis or lupus cause monoclonal light chain in urine lambda type? K/l 1.5
Many issues: CRP is measured in mg/dL and hsCRP is measured in mg/L. if the later is converted to CRP, the two values would be 0.4 and 0.8 and that is not that great a difference. K/L ratio of 1.5 is normal. The autoimmune disorders you mentioned may have an oligoclonal pattern and could result in monoclonal lambda chain in urine, without there being any cancer. About 10% of people your age have a benign monoclonal gammopathy. ...Read more

Follow it for now: Lab results may be in error, especially with the ANA, but in lupus there's almost always a high one at some time.
