Is implantation of embryo possible with endometrial thickness of 6mm and carry pregnancy safely?

Is implantation of embryo possible with endometrial thickness of 6mm and carry pregnancy safely?

Rare: There are very few pregnancies that occur when the lining is less than 8 mm thick. That is a very important part of becoming pregnant. The only time i would perform a transfer in that situation is after a full uterine evaluation and with no choice. It is possible to become pregnant, but6 in my experience regardless of age or embryo quality pregnancy rates would be less than 5%. ...Read more

Can pcos affect the stage of implantation of the fertilized ovum, after the fertilization of ovum implantation can not occur because of pcos factors?

The crl & mean sac diameter measured during 7th wk of pregnancy gives fetal age:age from conception/implantation or the gestational age:age from lmp?

Lmp: All pregnancy dating is based on lmp. So even when lmp is unknown the age given by crl assumes when lmp "should have been. Ie about two weeks prior to implantation. So a pregnancy is 40 weeks from lmp and 38 weeks from implantation. All studies, all research, all dating, dating by ultrasound goes by the 40 week designation or from time of lmp. ...Read more

Why rhd incompatibility of the mother and fetus doesn't affect the present fetus but subsequent pregnancies?

See below: The incompatibility occurs when the mother is exposed to the blood of the new baby. This usually occurs at delivery. The mother then makes antibodies to that "foreign substance" and this can adversely affect the next pregnancy as the mother's immune system will see it as a "foreign" body and want to get rid of it. This problem is usually treatable with an injection at the birth of the first child. ...Read more

6w 4d pregnant with fetal pole, yolk sac ...heartbeat detectd...but seems gestational sac is irregular...sign of miscarriage?

Don't worry: The most important thing is that the fetus has a heartbeat. Did they tell you an actual fetal heart rate? Sometimes the gestational sac looks different. There could be a nearby fibroid or subchorionic hemorrhage. Signs of a miscarriage are uterine cramping and bleeding. If you are not having those symptoms I would not worry about this. The sonogram can be repeated in 1-2 weeks. ...Read more
