Maybe: A bad sinus infection can inflammation of the upper airway which includes the eustachian tube. This will lead to inadequate opening of the eustachian tube which then cause negative pressure in the middle ear space, which can affect the inner ear and balance center, ultimately causing vertigo. Good guess: I agree with you. You should quit smoking NOW otherwise improving your sinusitis will be VERY DIFFICULT. You should be under the care of your primary care and/or ENT physician. Yes and (no?): Impacted teeth may cause referred pain, especially if there is inflammation or infection associated with them. I have never heard of nor believe that impacted lower wisdom teeth (and probably upper impacted wisdom teeth) can cause loss of hearing.
