Alpha blockers, TURP:
The most common non surgical cause is the use of Alpha blockers (flomax, (tamsulosin) rapaflo).

Could using poppers cause or contribute to retrograde ejaculation. Aka delayed ejaculation in men?
Not aware of this: Retrograde ejaculation is usually the result of some neurological disorder, particularly diabetes, but also tumors that infiltrate the nerves like prostate or lymphoma. The use of poppers together with drugs like viagra (sildenafil) and Cialis can result in low blood pressure with fainting, and rarely problems with hearing and sight. Poppers promote unhealthy hypersexuality and are not the best thing for you. ...Read more

No cure/trial and er: There is no specific cure for retrograde ejaculation and it is a result of treating your prostate enlargement issue. How can retrograde ejaculation be reversed after tumt. After tumt I had blood in my semen for a month, and now very little ejaculate. It's been 2 mo?
Assuming you are not also on a medication to shrink your prostate as well (5-ari), there is virtually no way to "reverse" retrograde ejaculation. Theoretically, an alpha-agonist may help "tighten" your bladder neck, but will likely aggravate your voiding symptoms.
Retrograde ejaculation is not "dangerous" for you: it does not decrease your pleasure, but will create a problem with fertility. ...Read more

I'm 38 and was diagnosed with retrograde ejaculation. Can MS be a likely cause? Or could it be related to a lower back injury I suffered recently?
Retrograde ejaculate: When the bladder neck muscles don't tighten properly, sperm can leak back into the bladder instead of out of the urethra, described as a dry orgasm. Various medical conditions including ms, spinal cord injury, diabetes, prostate surgery and certain medications can cause this.
