Pictures: Realize pictures are never the same as a face to face examination. It is possible to send a link to the picture you take and possibly one of the Doctors could see it and provide you some insight, remembering that HealthTap is not for diagnosing and treatment, whereas the Concierge PRIME service is. On HealthTap PRIME: HealthTap had a Private Messaging feature in the past, but that has been replaced by HealthTap's new PRIME service (August 2014). Currently, a patient can have a live video call with a doctor on the PRIME service, but can no longer send pictures directly to one specific doctor. Not this site: This is the public HT site. We offer general medical information and answers to specific questions. We have no way to review any pictures/lab/x-rays etc. that you might upload into a personal file on the site. Can't upload pics!: Sorry, but you cannot upload pics to this forum. You can, however, consider using Healthtap Prime to consult with a doc licensed in your state and upload the pic there, described your symptoms, and get suggestions and sometimes, if indicated, a prescription to treat the suspected cause. Abscess?: I am afraid a picture of your wound will not help you. If the wound is not healing, you need to see a physician to diagnose its cause and formulate a treatment plan to heal it.
