Be careful: witch hazel can be soothing but frequent use could cause contact/irritant dermatitis. Same goes for the other two. If you don't use more than 3-4 times a day it is probably ok. Try warm sitz bath, and practice kegel exercise for your anus like you would for your vagina. Before and after a bowel movement, apply Boudreaux's butt paste, which you will need for your baby anyway. ...Read more

Maybe normal: A corpus luteum cyst is normal in pregnancy and not did't tuning. We also know that women ovulate while pregnant which produces cysts so this may be normal. The characteristics of the cysts are important to help know the cause. Follow up with ultrasound would be advisable if they are worrisome and surgery only of absolutely necessary.
