Stay away: I recommend stay away from pure sugar drinks, foods and processed flours, cakes and desserts high in sugar. It sounds as if you are on the border of insulin resistance and eating the sugar foods will make it worse. Have your c peptide checked again and try to stay away from simple sugar. ...Read more
