29 y/o woman when I take deep breath I get sharp pain under left brest upper chest. Should I be concerned? Only hurts with deep breath.
Breathing pain: It sounds musculoskeletal in nature. Muscle pain is usually short term, aggravated by movement (deep breathing) and goes away with rest. Ibuprofen or Naproxen may help in the short term or slow stretching, or ice might make it feel better.
