Yes: You may have hormonal issues. First I would check a cmp (complete metabolic profile) and thyroid function tests. You are probally dehydrated, metabolic acidotic, and dehydrated from chronic diarrhea which can causes yiur symptoms of dizziness. You could have hepatitis or gallbladder stones or sludge. The question is which findings may be potentially significant and require follow-up imaging in a 3-12 month time span to look for any change in size/appearance.
