There : There are a few medical reasons why someone might have fatigue such as (most commonly) iron deficiency, thyroid disorder, sleep disorder, and/or depression. There is also a possibility that you have chronic fatigue syndrome, but all of these other treatable causes need to be ruled out, first. You should talk to your doctor about your symptoms. The best way to treat fatigue is to treat the underlying disorder. In the meantime, things you can do are: - get plenty of sleep at night - eat a healthy, balanced diet - take a multivitamin - get plenty of regular exercise - try to eliminate stress and practice relaxation techniques (yoga is great!) - do not use drugs including caffeine - caffeine can actually make your symptoms worse! good luck! ...Read more
