Anemia: Iron deficiency anemia is the #1 anemia in women. Iron three times a day is need while anemic and for 3 months after hemoglobin is back to normal, then take it once a day. Take a stool softener , iron cause sconstipation. Md usually will check CBC in 1-2 weeks with reticulocyte count, your hg should be going up. So iron should start working quick. Symptoms: When you had your hysterectomy, did they leave your ovaries in place or where they removed also? If they left them, even though it seems late, your ovaries could be finally failing and your could finally be entering menopause. If they were removed with your uterus, new medications, new diet, weight loss or weight gain, etc. could all be contributing to your symptoms. ...Read more

Need more info: Fatigue, myalgia, arthritis could be a result of a rheumatic disorder such as lupus or rheumatoid arthritis.
