I am 36 weeks pregnant and baby's head is 2/5ths engaged. Does this mean that I will have my baby any time soon?
Not necessarily: You are referring to station. Station is a very subjective measurement of how far down the birth canal the baby is. A lower station tends to imply a sooner delivery, but its not a reliable indicator. They usually are set up to go ahead & do a c-section if it does not change babies position or the process triggers signs of distress in baby. Mom isn't going to change things by herself. ...Read more

It's easy on stomach and not absorbed by body. Eat plenty of vegetables, fruit and fiber. You can try otc hemorrhoid treatments, but their relief usually doesn't last long. After pregnancy you can see a surgeon. Good luck. ...Read more

Uterus practice runs: And your question is? Your uterus is simply having some preliminary practice runs getting ready for the big day which could happen any time after the next 2-3 weeks.
