I hv been feeling nausea for a week now. I googled and it seems like I don't hv any other symptoms of pregnancy. Could I be feeling nausea frm oth illness?

Unless you are having periods every month, you are still pregnant. A lot of women have significant symptoms (nausea, vomiting, pain) during pregnancy and you are lucky if you are free of symptoms. As long as you don't have any bleeding, you should be ok. Follow up with your Ob-Gyn as scheduled.
