Dx with mono 1 week ago.Feeling much better.past 4 days whole body has been itching but no rash. urine has been very dark for 1 week. Is this normal?
Liver problems: Please call your doctor right away-I'm concerned that the virus may have affected your liver, which would account for the itching and dark urine. I wonder if your eyes look a little yellow (when you pull down the eye lid)? If so, you could have viral hepatitis from EBV. Shouldn't be..: Although urine seems to come out of the vaginal area, the urinary system is separated from your reproductive system. Missing your cycle should not affect your urination, but the amount of fluid/water you consume does. Often, when ill, you are advised to increase fluid etc..Thus increases urination. Not enough info: You do not provide enough data and you have not really asked a question. You need to provide the results of the Epstein-Barr test. Routine blood test. it showed high #mono (.8), normal %mono (8%), high #IG (.04), high total Bili (1.3) &an Anion Gap of 15.. Everything else normal. I eat pretty well & drink only water (a lot). Urine Ph was 6. Should I be worried? stress related?
