Hematometria: It's lucky you were on Depo Provera if you had a stenotic (or closed) cervix. It sounds like you have an accumulation of old blood (menses) that can't exit out the cervix. If you had heavy prolonged menses, you might have had more pain, a more distended uterus, and more tubal spillage of endometrium. Unsure: If ultrasound isn't showing a mass, then it is unlikely that you are feeling something abnormal. Depending on your angle of trying to feel inside yourself, you could be feeling other anatomical structures.
