Sounds too early: Today is 3/04 so estimated ovulation is still 4 days away: If this is correct, it is early (likely too early) to be trying to conceive. Highest chances are between 2 days before and the day of ovulation . Conception from sex 4 or more days before is possible but not common. How accurate are devices such as the Clearblue Fertility Monitor in determining if a woman is ovulating/able to conceive? Are they worth the $150++?
Expensive/Confusing: The Clearblue Fertility Monitor watches for the LH surge and also monitors estrogen. You have to buy the monitor plus monthly test strips and this is expensive. I don't personally recommend it as I have had women get very confusing results. I prefer the simple LH surge detection kits. They are a lot cheaper and I have found the results less confusing.
