Can Dramamine help with the nausea and or vomiting of norovirus, or would you need a stronger antiemetic like phenergan (promethazine)?
What are the best antiemetics for cisplatin vomiting. Would phenergan (promethazine) work at all? It's to my knowledge that cisplatin is the most emetogenic chemos.
Prevention: The best treatment for cisplatin induced nausea and vomiting is to prevent in the first place.
