How?: I don't understand "when I got rid of them" since I don't know of any way to reduce lymph swelling (until the disease process has been controlled or faded away by itself as in the case of a viral infection) without medication. Is the swelling still present? If it has been present for more than a couple of weeks or getting worse, better consult your doctor. ...Read more

Where: Dependent on where the gland swelling is. But for this to be present for 3 months is not a normal occurrence I would suggest seeing your DR and getting a full exam to find the etiology of the swelling. ...Read more
