Yes

There is no good evidence elevating your hips really makes a difference. The liquid that comes out doesn't contain much sperm as most of that is attached to the mucus of the cervix

Women who ovulate can conceive this way. Contraception can reduce the chances of getting pregnant, and some types also decrease risk of sexually transmitted infection. Most gyn doctors recommend using it till a couple is ready to have a baby,

Yes, but difficult

Yes you can, but it is more difficult w/PCOS and irregular menses. Diet, exercise and weight loss will help. Metformin therapy can help restore normal menses and fertility in many women. Drugs are available to increase fertility and/or lower testosterone if that is elevated. Discuss with your doctor.

One year

With regklar periods, and if your age is 28, you are still within normal window trying up to 1 year - even though it feels like a long while. I am certain any fertilty doctor would be glad to speak with you if you are anxious. The folic acid is great , keep it up, but remember that does not make you get pregnant quicker. Best of luck!

Ectopic Risk

You don't mention how your ectopic was managed. If treated with methotrexate or salpingostomy (tube sparing surgery) you are still at risk for an ectopic & see your Doc as soon as you become pregnant. (High risk for ectopic). If your tube was removed, the scarring may still cause your pain. Ask your Doc how your remaining tube looked & don't trust it. If damaged, consider IVF or see a specialist.

Not unusual.

It is not unusual to feel pain at an area previously operated on for some time after the surgery - so in that sense your right tubal discomfort is nothing to worry about. Did they remove the right tube or just clean it up from the ectopic? Depending on the form of treatment, you are at increased risk for recurrent ectopic pregnancy in all future reproductive attempts. Take folate and see Ob/Gyn!

No need to worry

It takes an average of 6 months to conceive which means about half of women take more than 6 months. It's not considered a concern unless you try for a year without success. If in a year you're not pregnant then your husband should have his sperm count checked. If that's OK I advise you be evaluated for hypothyroidism first & of course see a gynecologist too. I think 16 is a bit young to be a mom.

I just had sex yesterday and trying to conceive i shouldnt be getting my period until 3/6/12 but i was bleeding today what does this mean could i still get pregnant?

Becoming

Becoming pregnant is possible at any time during the cycle. Sometimes bleeding represents menstrual flow; but it can also represent "spotting", or atypical bleeding during pregnancy. If you are at all suspicious that you are pregnant please take a pregnancy test. If you have pain, vomiting, increased bleeding, or feel light-headed or faint, then please be seen as an emergency.

Takes time

Sometimes it takes a little longer. Each month the chance of conceiving is ~15%. Keep trying. If not able to conceive in 1 year see a doctor. Wait only 6 months if over 35 years old.
