Yes.: Specialized tests my be needed to detect the source of sih. Mri and ct myelograms may be necessary to confirm and localize the diagnosis of a CSF leak. I would consult a neurologist. Possibly: Depends on how severe your cardiomyopathy is. High salt consumption could make the heart failure worse, causing shortness of breath.
