Please tell me if there is any link between leukaemia and idiopathic guttate hypomelanosis?

No: Igh is a benign skin condition probably related to chronic sun exposure. Since it produces light discoloration of the skin, it is also considered a benign type of leukoderma (leukos [greek] = white, derma = skin). With the exception of the lexical connection, there is no relationship with leukemia, a form of blood cancer.

Is it helpful if I tried oil pulling?

Is it helpful if I tried oil pulling?

Probably not.: Apparently it's supposed to remove toxins. Pesticides, mercury, lead, antibiotics, etc can all be taken in in the diet and are difficult to remove. Best to not take them in. Then there are the imaginary toxins that companies scare you with so you will buy their expensive detox product -- these are fake. Don't buy it! eat healthy, stay hydrated. Avoid constipation and your body will do the rest.

What can I do to stop oil on my head and face.

What can I do to stop oil on my head and face.

Nothing: The oil on your face and head is just part of you. You can wash frequently with something that will remove oil. I would use something mild and do not redden or irritate your face. Otherwise you are what you are.

I was wondering is flaxseed oil good or bad for you?

I was wondering is flaxseed oil good or bad for you?

No magic: This has been promoted as a 'superfood' which is simply made up. Food choices have much less impact on your overall health than does staying physically fit, eating a sensible and balanced diet, avoiding tobacco and illegal drugs, using alcohol wisely if at all, and learning good living skills and working hard. You're right to care about your health, but the key's not on the dinner plate.

What can I do if I have symptoms of oregano oil overdose?

What can I do if I have symptoms of oregano oil overdose?

If severe - go to ER: Rash?, Vomiting? Tingling? The worst symptom would be internal swelling that prevents you from breathing and it would leave you no time if that happened. So, precautions are wise. If symptoms are mild and improving, just watch and have a plan unless you feel frightened. This is a riskier product than it sounds. Be careful. Best!
