I have bad menstrual cramps and IC pain. I can't take Motrin or Tramadol. Tylenol (acetaminophen) doesn't help. Don't like Tylenol (acetaminophen) with Codeine. What else can I try?

Ibuprofen 800 mg for what source of pain? Different pain medication works differently for different people. Regardless I would not recommend more than 600 mg.
