Maybe: Hypothyroidism and vitiligo may run with hashimoto's, schmidt's, addison's (take a history; morning cortisol screen &/or acth stimulation test if needed), type i diabetes (unlikely at your age), and autoimmune pernicious anemia (consider an occasional serum B12 check) and that uncommon animal autoimmune hypoparathyroidism (you'll know if this happens).
