Every person is uniq: Uniquely different. Bloating and gas is from swallowing air. Try not to swallow or gulp. Intentionally breath calmly and make only small swallows but gas can be painful. Yes: Do you know what your triggers are for symptoms? I would ask my patients to keep a food diary and a symptoms diary to try and identify what dietary items were triggers for them. In addition, stress and other forms of stress can be triggers. Trying to manage that stress can be helpful as well. There are medications available to try and help control symptoms.
